Deze matcha is een lentegroene, verfijnde groene thee met een rijke, fruitige en intense "umami" smaak (dankzij de theanine) afkomstig uit Japan. Exclusief gemaakt van jonge theeblaadjes, traditioneel begin mei (de eerste oogst) met de hand geplukt, na een overschaduwing van 5 weken.

100 % Japanse Matcha
- opgieten met water van 75° - 80°C
Gebruik 1 mespuntje matcha poeder per kom of gebruik uw 'momoka' matcha lepel voor de perfecte hoeveelheid. Voeg vers gekookt en dan afgekoeld water toe en klop de melange voorzichtig op met een bamboe klopper.
Het schuim kan puur gedronken worden of toegevoegd worden aan (koe of plantaardige) melk voor een matcha latte.
U kan ook gerust de thee in een grotere hoeveelheid water oplossen voor een minder geconcentreerde smaak.
