Deze Japanse biologische matcha is onze Hotaru variatie. Een kwaliteit perfect geschikt als beginnerskwaliteit die veelzijdig gebruikt kan worden in drankjes en gerechten. De matcha is aromatisch, licht bitter met een uitgesproken astringentie, uniek aan fijne groene thee.
Deze matcha is een mengeling van verschillende groene thee uit meerdere delen van Japan.

100 % japanse Matcha
- opgieten met water van 75° - 80°C
Gebruik 1 mespuntje matcha poeder per kom of gebruik uw 'momoka' matcha lepel voor de perfecte hoeveelheid. Voeg vers gekookt en dan afgekoeld water toe en klop de melange voorzichtig op met een bamboe klopper.
Het schuim kan puur gedronken worden of toegevoegd worden aan (koe of plantaardige) melk voor een matcha latte.
U kan ook gerust de thee in een grotere hoeveelheid water oplossen voor een minder geconcentreerde smaak.
