Met zijn hoogtes van 250 meter, een calcium-rijke grond, en hardnekkige, laaghangende mist is dit thee district de perfecte cultivatie omgeving voor kwaliteitsvolle groene thee. Gedurende zijn bereiding ontvouwt er in uw kop een schijnende, smaragd gekleurde Matcha met mat groene tinten, die bekroond worden door hun gras groene, romige schuim. De geur is zoetig en fruitig en de smaak is aromatisch en zéér vol.

100 % Japanse Matcha
*van biologische cultivatie
- opgieten met water van 75° - 80°C
Gebruik 1 mespuntje matcha poeder per kom of gebruik uw 'momoka' matcha lepel voor de perfecte hoeveelheid. Voeg vers gekookt en dan afgekoeld water toe en klop de melange voorzichtig op met een bamboe klopper.
Het schuim kan puur gedronken worden of toegevoegd worden aan (koe of plantaardige) melk voor een matcha latte.
U kan ook gerust de thee in een grotere hoeveelheid water oplossen voor een minder geconcentreerde smaak.
