Frans Italiaans, ook wel HOOG genoemd is één van onze donkerste roasts. Deze koffie heeft een zeer romige, bijna boterachtige textuur met een gerookte toets. Zijn hoge roast geeft hem een scherpe nasmaak wat haar perfect maakt voor espresso's met te zetten.
HOOG komt natuurlijk van zijn hoge branding, een karakteristiek van traditionele Franse koffie.
