Het is het tweede meest belangrijke cultivatie gebied van Japan. Vanwege de optimale klimaat condities van het gebied kan je een veel grotere diversiteit aan Cultivars vinden.
De lokale thee meesters creëerden een perfect gebalanceerde melange voor onze matcha, waarin cultivars worden gebruikt, zoals Saemidori en Asanoka. Dit geeft deze blend een zeer unieke smaak samenstelling.

100 % Japanse Matcha
- opgieten met water van 75° - 80°C
