Mokka is een type koffieboon vernoemd naar de Jemenitische stad Mokka. Deze koffies zijn vaker veel zoeter en pittiger van smaak dan klassieke Arabische koffies. Hoewel Arabische koffie traditioneel heel bitter is, en daarom vaak met specerijen of als een lichte infusie geserveerd wordt zijn mokka's zoeter en pittiger van smaak.
