Ti Kuan Yin is een Wulong (een oolong afkomstig uit China) die zo'n 10 - 20 % geoxideerd is. De thee gaat ook bij de naam iron goddess of mercy of Iron Guanyin; vernoemd naar Guanyin, de Chinese godin van genade. De thee heeft een zacht en fruitig aroma met een zoetige smaak wat hem één van de meest geliefde oolongs in de wereld maakt. De blaadjes worden traditioneel licht geroosterd over houtskool. Traag en lang voor een delicaat geroosterd aroma zonder een al te robuuste, rokerige smaak. Deze Tie kuan yin groeit in Fujian, specifiek in An Xi, waar de thee voor het eerst gecultiveerd werd.ingrediënten:
