Deze Earl Grey is een smaakvolle melange van een Indische Nilgiri thee en een uitgesproken bergamot olie. De olie die wij gebruiken is een pak sterker als een gewoonlijke Earl Grey voor extra karakter. Zo kan u dubbel genieten van zijn vol en rijk aroma. Als u een zachtere Earl Grey gewoon bent bekijk zeker onze Earl Grey Min sing. Bij deze thee gebruiken we een zachtere bergamotolie.
ingrediënten:
klassieke zwarte thee, bergamotolie
zetmethode:
- voor een pot van een liter: 12-15 gram (een soeplepel met een klein bergje)
- per tas: 3 gram (een theelepel zonder bergje)
- opgieten met water van 90 tot 95°C
- 3 à 4 min laten trekken
