Instructies voor gebruik:
Vanwege de aard van de keramiek moet u de producten voorbereiden op gebruik. Zonder onderste stappen te volgen is er een kans op waterlekken en verkleuring;
1. Laat de keramiek uitgebreid weken in water om verkleuringen en vlekken te voorkomen (Zeker voor u soja saus, acidische producten (zoals citroenzuur of azijn), olie of alcohol gebruikt in de keramiek).
2. Na gebruik droogt u de keramiek grondig, bewaar deze ook in een verluchte omgeving voor schimmel te voorkomen.
3. Over tijd kan de keramiek zijn waterdichte eigenschappen verliezen. Voor deze verder te gebruiken droogt u deze grondig en weekt u deze overnacht in omoyu (rijstwater) of een katakuriko infusie (aardappelzetmeel gemengd met heet water). Na het weekprocess droogt u de keramiek weer grondig en is deze weer klaar voor gebruik.
