Matcha poeder 30 gr
Deze Matcha is afkomstig uit Kawane, de top regio in het belangrijkste cultivatie gebied van Japan, Shizuoka. Hier wordt in de lente de fijnste Tencha geproduceerd, geteeld uit de Cultivars Yabukita en Okumidori. Nadat de thee voor 3 weken wordt afgedekt worden de bladeren geoogst, kort gestoomd, gesorteerd en dan gedroogd.
Tencha bladeren worden, in tegenstelling tot Sencha's of Gyokuro's niet gerold zodat zoveel mogelijk van zijn inhoud bewaard blijft tijdens het malingsproces. Deze verfijnde bewerking proef je in je tas als een volle smaak met lichte kruidige tinten zonder een overweldigende bittere nasmaak. Het poeder is fel groen.
ingrediënten:
100 % Japanse matcha
- opgieten met water van 75° - 80°C
- gebruik 2 à 3 gram matcha poeder
Gebruik 1 mespuntje matcha poeder per kom of gebruik uw 'momoka' matchalepel voor de perfecte hoeveelheid. Voeg vers gekookt en dan afgekoeld water toe en klop de melange voorzichtig op met een bamboe klopper.
Het schuim kan puur gedronken worden of toegevoegd worden aan (koe of plantaardige) melk voor een matcha latte.
U kan ook gerust de thee in een grotere hoeveelheid water oplossen voor een minder geconcentreerde smaak.
