Matcha poeder Megumi 30 gr (premium ceremonial grade)
Deze Japanse matcha is onze Megumi variatie. De hoogste kwaliteit in ons assortiment, een premium ceremonial grade. Ceremonial grade matcha wordt met de hand gemalen. Dit verzekerd een zeer consistente maalgraad nodig voor een zijdezachte textuur en weinig bitters. Deze matcha is vol, zoet en delicaat met een duidelijk umami toon. Onze absolute topkwaliteit.
Geteeld in Kagoshima in Zuid-Japan.

100 % Japanse Matcha
- opgieten met water van 75° - 80°C
Gebruik 1 mespuntje Matcha poeder per kom of gebruik uw 'momoka' Matcha lepel voor de perfecte hoeveelheid. Voeg vers gekookt en dan afgekoeld water toe en klop de melange voorzichtig op met een bamboe klopper.
Een heerlijke melange van fijne aroma's die, ondanks de poederige textuur een verrassende zachte smaak heeft!
Als u geen klopper heeft kan u gerust de thee in een grotere hoeveelheid water laten oplossen.
