Sticky rice oolong
Deze oolong mengeling wordt geproduceerd in de Chiang Rai regio in Noord Thailand. De theeplantjes werden geïmporteerd uit Jinxuan, taiwan, één van de bekendste producenten van kwaliteitsvolle oolong.
Het sticky rice aroma van deze mengeling komt van de toegevoegde Nuo Mi Chiang bladeren, een Thaise plant die ook in de regio groeit. De thee wordt voor een 8 uur geoxideerd voor de bladeren in een 1 op 10 ratio worden toegevoegd. Hierna wordt de mengeling nog 16 uur geoxideerd om een homogeen aroma te creëren. Als resultaat, een zachte en verfijnde thee met intense geur gelijkend op vers gekookte rijst.

Oolong uit Thailand, Nuo Mi Chiang bladeren
Zetmethode:
- voor een pot van een liter: 12-15 gram (een soeplepel met een klein bergje)
- per tas: 3 gram (een theelepel zonder bergje)
- opgieten met water van 80°C
- max 3 min laten trekken
