Brandnetel
Brandnetel zit vol vitaminen (A, B, C en K) en mineralen (calcium, fosfor, ijzer, kalium, koper, magnesium, mangaan, zink) die het kruid vele helende eigenschappen geven. Brandnetel staat voornamelijk bekend vanwege zijn vocht afdrijvende werking, een eigenschap die helpt bij het verzorgen van de nieren en urinewegen. Het kruid helpt echter nog bij een heleboel andere kwaaltjes zoals een zwak immuunsysteem, allergieën en slechte vertering. Zijn infusie is zacht en neutraal van smaak. Brandnetel is veilig om over lange periodes te drinken, op een dagelijkse basis, meer dan 1 maal per dag. Het blad is ook veilig om te mengen met andere kruiden.
