Maragogype Gigante of 'Elephant bean', een variëteit van Arabica bonen die zijn oorsprong vindt in Bahia, herkenbaar aan zijn grote bonen en laag cafeïne gehalte. Deze variant uit Nicaragua heet een vollere smaak dan onze klassieke Guatemala zonder zijn gekenmerkt delicaat aroma te verliezen.
