Deze Peruviaanse specialiteiten koffie is afkomstig uit Alto Mayo van een plantage gelegen in Villa Rica een klein dorpje. Dit gebied ligt zo'n 1350 meter boven de zeespiegel wat veel hoger is dan de meeste plantages in Peru. De koffie heeft een volle, aangename smaak met een delicate zurigheid gelijkend op cacaopoeder.
