Ethiopië Sidamo
Sidamo is één van de bekendste koffie regio's in Ethiopië. Net zoals Harrar, Yirgacheffe en Kaffa is Sidamo bekend voor de cultivatie van kostbare en kwaliteitsvolle koffiebonen. Een groot deel van koffie geproduceerd in deze regio zijn "natural processed" koffies, of koffies die onder de zon worden gedroogd in plaats van gewassen. Dit proces geeft een sterk aroma aan de boon herdenkend aan rijp fruit. Onze Sidamo bevat deze fruitige tint zonder al zoetig te worden; met een aangename astringentie zoals groene appel. de nasmaak proeft licht naar citrus, denk bergamot.
