Fujian oolong
Deze oolong is afkomstig uit Anxi in de provincie Fujian, bekend als de geboorteplaats van de Tie Kuan Yin cultivar. Zijn blad is opgerold en zeer licht geoxideerd wat de puurdere, meer pantaardige tint van de thee behoudt. Hoewel de oolong zacht is heeft zijn infusie een uitgesproken, aromatisch karakter en verfijnde nasmaak.
