Gekapte Linde
Linde bevat veel flavanoïden, looistoffen en etherische olie met linalool en germacreen die geschikt zijn voor gebruik bij vocht– en urineafdrijving. Linde werkt goed bij zowel maag- en darmklachten en ook bij krampen. Gunstig bij verkoudheid, droge prikkelhoest en algemeem ontstekingsremmend en verzachtend.

- voor een pot van een liter: 12-15 gram (een soeplepel met een klein bergje)
- per tas: 3 gram (een theelepel zonder bergje)
- opgieten met water van 90 tot 95°C
- 3 min of langer laten trekken
