Kabusecha Akari 100 gr Bio
Kabusecha is een kort bedekte thee. Door de thee voor een periode te bedekken van de zon voor de oogst verliest het blad minder anti-oxidanten en daarbij polyphenolen. De magische kenmerken die groene thee juist zo gezond maken. De thee heeft daarbovenop een meer verfijnde nasmaak zonder een scherpe, bittere nasmaak. Zijn algemeen aroma is veel sterker en uitgesproken met een prachtig donker groen blad.
Kabusecha wordt tussen 8-14 dagen bedekt voor de oogst, iets korter vergeleken met zijn prijzige variant Gyokuro. Deze thee wordt voor 21 dagen bedekt en heeft een nog hoger anti-oxidanten gehalte.
Geteeld in Miyazaki in Zuid-Japan.
