Deze Japanse biologische matcha is onze Megumi variatie. De hoogste kwaliteit in ons assortiment, een premium ceremonial grade. Ceremonial grade matcha wordt met de hand gemalen. - opgieten met water van 75° - 80°C
Gebruik 1 mespuntje Matcha poeder per kom of gebruik uw 'momoka' Matcha lepel voor de perfecte hoeveelheid. Voeg vers gekookt en dan afgekoeld water toe en klop de melange voorzichtig op met een bamboe klopper.
