Dit is een mengeling van de traditionele Braziliaanse Maté een een fruitige mix van citrusvruchtjes! Pompelmoes, citroen en sinaasappel geven de melange een zacht agrum aroma zonder een al te overdreven bitterheid.

Ingrediënten:
Braziliaanse maté, appelstukken, pomelo stukjes, (pomelo, suiker, zuurteregelaar: citroenzuur), natuurlijk aroma, sinaasappelschijfjes, zoete braambesbladeren, gevriesdroogde citroenschil.
Zetmethode:
- voor een pot van een liter: 12-15 gram (een soeplepel met een klein bergje)
- per tas: 3 gram (een theelepel zonder bergje)
- opgieten met water van 85°C
- 3 min of langer laten trekken
