Onze Honduras is een gourmet specialiteiten koffie. De plantage bevindt zich zo'n 1200 meter boven de zeespiegel in het schaduwachtige gebied van Copan. De boontjes worden met de hand geplukt en gewassen. Deze delicate bewerking zorgt voor een fijne, aromatische infusie met een licht aroma en lage aciditeit. De nasmaak is voornamelijk smaak neutraal met een lichte perziktint.
