Matcha poeder ceremonial grade 30 gr
De Tencha van onze Ceremoniële matcha komt van het zon-gekuste zuiden van Japan, uit de regio Kagoshima.
Het is het tweede meest belangrijke cultivatie gebied van Japan en staat aan de voorkant van de biologische thee cultivatie. Vanwege de optimale klimaat condities van het gebied kan je een veel grotere diversiteit aan Cultivars vinden.
De lokale thee meesters creëerden een perfect gebalanceerde melange voor onze matcha, waarin cultivars worden gebruikt, zoals Saemidori en Asanoka. Dit geeft deze blend een zeer unieke smaak samenstelling.
Het rijke groen poeder toont al vele kanten van zijn kwaliteit die u zal verrassen met elegante tinten van donkere chocolade, een heel verfijnd umami karakter en een subtiele zoetheid.

ingrediënten:
100 % Japanse Matcha
- opgieten met water van 75° - 80°C
- gebruik 2 à 3 gram matcha poeder
Gebruik 1 mespuntje matcha poeder per kom of gebruik uw 'momoka' matcha lepel voor de perfecte hoeveelheid. Voeg vers gekookt en dan afgekoeld water toe en klop de melange voorzichtig op met een bamboe klopper.
Het schuim kan puur gedronken worden of toegevoegd worden aan (koe of plantaardige) melk voor een matcha latte.
U kan ook gerust de thee in een grotere hoeveelheid water oplossen voor een minder geconcentreerde smaak.
