Papua New Guinea heeft een buitengewone geschiedenis over de New guinea hooglanden, een gebied van gigantische bergen en diepe valleien. Deze rijke, productieve gronden zijn thuis aan tuinen die al eeuwenlang een voortreffelijke koffie produceren. Deze koffie heeft een goed en vol lichaam met een kersentint. Zijn heerlijk aroma wordt afgerond met hinten van kaneel en kardemom.
