Houjicha poeder 200 gram
Sinds de matcha boom, is poederthee officieel aangekomen in het westen. Nu de volgende innovatie, die al lang even populair is in Japan; houjicha poeder. Dit is een donker geroosterde groene thee die gemalen wordt tot een enorm fijn poeder. In contrast tot de houjicha thee die gewoonlijk tijdens de herfstoogst geproduceerd worden, is dit poeder gemaakt van de verfijnde 1ste en 2de plukken. Vanwege de donkere roostering karameliseert de thee en blijven er bijna geen bittere tinten over.
Dit poeder, bereidt net als matcha, produceert een geweldig volle smaak met donkere chocolade achtige tinten en een koffie-achtige zoetheid. Ideaal voor een houjicha latte of als ingrediënt voor bakken!
Ingrediënten:
100 % Japanse houjicha poeder
- opgieten met water van 75° - 80°C
Gebruik 1 mespuntje matcha poeder per kom of gebruik uw 'momoka' matcha lepel voor de perfecte hoeveelheid. Voeg vers gekookt en dan afgekoeld water toe en klop de melange voorzichtig op met een bamboe klopper.
Het schuim kan puur gedronken worden of toegevoegd worden aan (koe of plantaardige) melk voor een matcha latte.
U kan ook gerust de thee in een grotere hoeveelheid water oplossen voor een minder geconcentreerde smaak.
